Fair Housing Statement
Vista Pulse Property Management is an equal housing opportunity provider. We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the New York State Human Rights Law.
Equal opportunity
We do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, familial status, disability, age, marital status, military status, domestic violence victim status, lawful source of income, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
Source of income
New York State law prohibits discrimination based on lawful source of income. We accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and other lawful rental subsidies, and they are evaluated on the same terms as any other income.
Reasonable accommodations
If you have a disability and need a reasonable accommodation or modification in order to apply for, rent, or fully use a home, contact our office. Service animals and assistance animals are always accommodated, regardless of a property's pet policy, and no pet rent or pet deposit applies.
Consistent screening
Every application is reviewed against the same published criteria for income, rental history, and screening results. Criteria are provided in writing on request before you apply.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, contact us directly and you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the New York State Division of Human Rights.
