We collect the information you provide directly through rental applications, contact forms, maintenance requests, and portal accounts. That may include your name, contact details, employment and income information, rental history, references, and documents you upload such as pay stubs or identification.
How we use it
Applicant information is used solely to evaluate your application, verify the details you provided, and communicate with you about the property. Resident information is used to administer your lease, process payments, and coordinate maintenance. Owner information is used to manage your property.
Sharing
We share information with screening providers, maintenance vendors, and property owners only as needed to deliver these services, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Application records are retained as long as required by New York State law and our internal records policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
